I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist in Alberta with a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology. For the past six years, I have worked primarily as a school counsellor supporting junior high and high school students, with additional experience at the elementary level. I also have clinical experience working with diverse client populations, including adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, stress-related, and mood-related concerns, as well as supporting children on the autism spectrum.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and integrate trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and acceptance-based approaches. I help clients better understand what is happening in their minds and bodies while building practical tools to manage anxiety, trauma, ADHD, low mood, and stress.
I work with children (10+), teens, and adults. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and culturally responsive, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported toward meaningful growth.
